Where we stand
BellaMP3 respects the work of artists and rights holders. We do not keep audio, video or image files on our servers: videos play through YouTube, covers load from Spotify, and the converter is run by someone else. Even so, we will act on a valid notice about anything our pages lead to.
Sending a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the work you say has been infringed.
- The exact address(es) of the page(s) on our site you want us to look at.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are allowed to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do with it
We read complete notices promptly. When it is justified we take down or block the page or link involved and let the affected party know. The underlying files sit with other companies, so it is wise to send your notice to whoever actually hosts the material as well.
If you think we got it wrong
If material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, where the material was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature. We may put it back unless the sender tells us they have gone to court.
Repeat offenders
Where it applies, we will cut off access for people who repeatedly infringe.
