Using the site fairly
The site is for personal, non-commercial listening. Please do not scrape it, bulk-download from it, overload it, or use it in a way the law does not allow.
Content that is not ours
Rankings come from Spotify's public charts, videos from YouTube, covers from Spotify, and the conversion tool from a separate provider. We do not host, upload or store any media files. Artwork, recordings and trademarks belong to their owners, and a link or embed does not mean they endorse us.
Downloads are on you
You alone are responsible for checking that you may download, copy or use a recording, and for following copyright law and the original provider's rules. Please do not use the site to infringe anyone's rights.
No promises
The site and its data are offered as they are, without guarantees. Chart information is compiled from Spotify's public charts and may be incomplete, late or wrong, and we cannot promise the site or the outside tools will always be online.
Limits on our liability
