Privacy Notes

Updated: Sep 30, 2026

The short version

BellaMP3 does not ask you to register and does not ask for personal details. Below is a plain description of what still happens when you open a page.

What we receive

  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider sees your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use this to run the site, keep it safe and stop abuse.
  • One small cookie (plus local storage) that remembers your cookie choice for up to a year, so the banner does not keep coming back.
  • Your emails, if you write to us. We use them only to answer you.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. The only cookie we set is the one that stores your consent choice. Outside services embedded on a page may set theirs, which is why the banner lets you refuse everything that is not essential. You can reopen it any time from "Cookie choices" in the footer.

Outside services on the page

Some content on a page is loaded from other companies. When that happens your IP address and browser details go to them, and their own privacy policies apply:

  • Video: clips are played with YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com, run by Google). Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play.
  • Converter: the box that turns a track into an MP3 is provided by an independent third party.
  • Images: album covers come from Spotify's image servers (i.scdn.co) and video thumbnails from YouTube's (i.ytimg.com).

Why we process data

Running and securing the website is our legitimate interest. For any cookie that is not essential, we rely on your consent, which you can take back whenever you like.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept only as long as security needs them. Emails stay as long as it takes to deal with your message.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for instance under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may ask to see, fix, erase, restrict or move your data, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, write to the address below. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Young visitors

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly gather their information.

If this page changes

We may revise these notes. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
